It looks like, in terms of colour, that this summer will all be about those earth colours we have had to stay away from all winter. It is not just about your creams and your egg colours, it is also about those light toffee browns and warm caramel colours too. This season's colour palette is no longer about the sharp black and bright colours, it is all about the soft earthy colours. A great combination of colours that will work throughout Summer right into Autumn.

These are more subtle and gentle on the eye, than the bright summer colours we have seen in the past. Indeed these warm colours call for romantic materials such as coton, lace and silk. However this year, it looks like toffee brown and beige leather are big winners too, giving this colour palette the ultimate modern twist.
