Hi Evita! Tell us a little bit about yourself: how old are you, what do you do, what do you plan on doing when you grow up?
Hi there! hmm, I’m 11 years old and I’m a student. When I grow up? hahaha I always find this question is difficult to answer. I’m not so sure, it’s too early to ask that question, don’t you think? But something I know for sure is, in the future I really wish I could fly. Not fly with wings of course. Hahaha, I mean learn to drive a plane, because the last time I checked they said I was too young, so I’ll be back when I’m old enough. It’s always been my dream to drive my own flying machine. So I can go whenever I want, wherever I want, and don’t have to wait for those plane crazy schedules. I want to go to Kilimanjaro, Machu Pichu, and The salar of Uyuni or Amazonian virgin forest and many other fantastic place by myself! It’s crazy! So wish me luck!
At your age, I was only preoccupied by my barbie dolls. How come you’re already interested in fashion ?
Hahaha, I’m crazy about barbie dolls too! I’ve got quite a collection! I don’t know for sure, but in my early age, my mother and my sisters were always playing dress up with me, so I’m kinda used to fashion since I was little, and at the age of 6 I already chose my own clothes.
When did you start blogging, and why ?
When I was 9. Not really sure why, maybe because I really love to talk, but all the people in my house were busy doing their own thing so I had no one to talk to, so yeah I’m blogging. That way I can talk as much as I want.
The photoshoots on your blog are amazing. Are you doing everything by yourself?
Thank you! that’s just my luck I guess, the answer is I have 2 sisters that loves photography. In my early days of blogging, I had to deal with tripod, but since my blog is more popular I have to ask my sister for help . The whole idea is from me, I just tell her what I want and voila! I’m currently learning about photography and digital imaging too, I can’t always depend on my sisters, because they're quite busy doing their own thing, we even live separatelly, and only meet on the weekend.
Do people compare you with Tavi? (Style Rookie)
Yes, quite a lot! maybe it’s because of our age, but I must say that I’m so flattered to be compared with her, she’s so amazing! I adore her.
What inspires you? Movies, music, other fashion bloggers?
Literally everything! I’m too easy inspired. It’s crazy, it feels like my head is ging to explode!
How do you dress to go to school? Do you have to wear a uniform or can you be as creative as you want?
I have to wear a uniform, but it’s not that bad actually, I love my uniform. It’s cute how we look just like each other.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Blogging, and playing with my friends. I don’t have too much free time though
What’s your favorite brand? Where do you like to shop?
I don’t have any particular favorite brand, I wear anything I want to, but maybe almost my outfit are from zara. My favorite place to shop is my sisters old closet! It’s beautiful and it’s free! Hahaha It’s crazy their old dresses are sooo beautiful, and one of a kind! It’s like diggin for a treasure!
Who’s your favorite designer?
I always said I’m too young for this question, but now I can answer it. It would be Mr Alexander Mcqueen, he was genius, and another one is Japanese designer, Tatsuro Horikawa.
What’s the best thing that ever happened to you as a blogger?
Many things! I could easily say that it’s the free stuff and so many fashion show invitations, but it’s never been that. The best part is everytime people tells me that I’ve inspired them, or when someone come to me and say that I inspired her and want her daughter to be just like me, or the time when people said that they loves me. I mean being loved by my family already makes me happy (well it’s their job... hahaha), but when people you have never even met or meet for the first time say that they love you, and really mean it, that is beyond anything else in this world. I can’t ask for more.
