Interview with Mireia, from My Daily Style

Can you introduce yourself and your blog? How long have you been blogging?

I'm Mireia, I live in Barcelona and I have my own blog, "Mydailystyle" since March 2008. I started it as I wanted to share my passion for fashion with people from all around the world. Now, fashion is not only a hobbie for me, it has become my career so I can't be happier! On Mydailystyle you will find my outfits,

shopping tips, fashion for kids, whatever that inspires me, fashion contests, you even will see some reader's outfits once per month!

Where do you find your inspiration?

I think inspiration is everywhere: on magazines, bloggers, movies, books. Even on any unkown people you pass each other. I love sitting on a cafe and just have fun seeing people go by.

Would you rather buy online or on 'real' shops?

Since I have my little son and I'm working full time I really do not have much time for the real shops. In spite of this I still prefer them over the online shops but lately I buy more from the web! I'm travelling a lot lately and I make the most of this business trips to go shopping.

I think I lately go shopping everywhere except in Barcelona, haha

Who's your favorite designer?

I do not have a favourite designer, I love like 3. All of them women, I'm sorry but I prefer them over men. They know what suits us and do not try to disguise us and make us wear uncomfortable clothes.

What's your favorite piece of clothing in your closet?

I do not know if it's my favourite piece, probably not, but the garment I'm using more right now is a leather jacket and a sleeveless trench I did last month using an old one I did not wear very often.

What do you feel most comfortable wearing?

I feel comfortable wearing anything that makes me feel beautiful. I know people sometimes do not understand how do I look always comfortable while wearing high heels and the fact is that I'm really comfortable with everything as long as feel good with myself.

What outfit totally defines you?

High heels, skinny jeans or leather pants and an oversized top or jumper.

What's your best and worst experiences linked to your blog?

The best experience probably will happen very soon but I still think that the best part are all the lovely readers from all around the world. You can't imagine the sweet e-mails they send me!! The worst? I do not pay any attention to the bad things, life's too short to think about that!!
