The Navy-Style: an It-Trend for Spring

Could the navy trend be old fashion one day?

Again this year, the sailor style has literally invaded department stores! Already trendy for the past seasons, the nautical-inspired look has successfully come back. Its must-have piece? The stripped tee of course!

But many more nautical pieces are available this season. From anchor necklace, to the Marines jacket or the oversized brass buttons, this beloved trend has been declined into dresses, shirts, jackets, shoes, accessories... Many pieces for many possible looks.

HYPEED members opted for savvy navy touches without falling into the Popeye style that is so cliché. The result is crisp and chic!

Who said that a total navy look would bo too much? Delmy's tailored brass buttons jacket paired with a stripped shirt makes the perfect nautical inspired look. She adds a cuttie feminine touch thanks to her deep blue skirt. Glam and fresh!

It is pretty hard to mix a stripped top with original textures. However, Paulina shiny pleated skirt opposed to the horizontal strippes is a genius idea, perfectly mastered!

Then her accessories come subtly finish her original look. Paulina definitely took the best of the navy inspired trend to come up with a different style.

The navy trend is not only about blue, white and red. For Morgane, it will be purple! With this stripped dress, she embezzled the nautical inspiration from its expected style.

So chic and sweet, the red nail polish adds the final touch of her look, like a reminder of the navy inspiration.

Constance V's maritime dress embodies the typical navy-inspired piece for Spring.

Ultra feminine with a red lipstick, Constance breaks the rules with her black ranger boots paired with an oversized brown clutch. A daring bet for a balanced and original style!

Andy's  black and white nautical-inspired look is just so chic. A major piece among this season's collections, the well cut navy jacket with its brass buttons gives a classy style.

The stripped dress makes the overall impression less formal and very trendy. Special mention to the leather gloves that add such a discrete but punchy touch.

An ocean blue cardigan, a stripped top and a high waist pedal pushers: Lanton's nautical inspirations are obvious. Her oversized brown belt makes a big difference by adding an unusual accessory. And of course the high heel low boots insure a feminine and classy detail.
